TERRY, ROBERT W. III (BOB) - age 47 passed away in his home January 26, 2005 in Knoxville, TN and entered into his dream of being with his heavenly Father and family that has passed before. He was a faithful member & Deacon of Asbury Church of Christ, a devoted teacher of the "teenage class." He has owned his own business for 20 years in the Sevier County area. He worked for the Oak Ridge School System and has many close friends there. He was employed with the city of Pigeon Forge. He was a loving husband, wonderful father, and a devoted Pop. He never met a stranger and prided himself on his faithful lasting friends. He was honest and willing to help everyone. Preceded in death by his father Robert W. Terry JR of Knoxville grand-father Robert W. Terry SR of Knoxville grand-father and grand-mother James and Almeda LaFevor of Knoxville Adopted grand-father in law Carl Clark Grand-daughter Keri Anna Harper. Leaving behind wife Kaye Clark Terry of 29 years, daughter Lori Beth and son-in-law Chuck Harper, granddaughter Katlin Harper Mother Claudette Terry, Grandmother Hazel Terry, Brother Jim and sister-in-law Sharon Terry, sister Teresa and husband Frank Combs of Arnold, Maryland sister Charlotte and husband David Giles Adopted mother-in-law Teola Clark and mother-in-law Ruby Stephens Special nieces and nephews: Jessica Jones, Ben Combs and fiancé Margaret Jamie Taylor and husband Ben Jennifer Marohn and husband Michael Sarah Terry, Taylor, and Bailey Giles Susan Snodgrass and husband Bob Amanda Cass and husband Kevin, great nephew Weston Cass Great niece Abigail Taylor. Special Friends include Jeremy Carr, Kevin Lawson, Donna Justice, Alan Hawkins, James Hawkins, Amon Hagood, Larry Lane, Wayne MacMahan, Bob Scoggins, David Coffman, John Willbanks, Tom Elliott, Charles and Alma Clifton, Megan Simmons, Polly Huber, Jack Lambert, Rick Clark. Special friends from the teenage class: Tyler, April, Jessie, Ariel, Sarah, Haley, Thomas, and Matt & Crystal. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-9 pm. Funeral services will be held Friday morning at 10 am at Evergreen Chapel. Interment services will follow at Asbury Cemetery. Evergreen Chapel, 7426 Asheville Hwy., is in charge of arrangements.
