CAGLE, CALLIE MARIE - age 92 passed away Saturday, November 3, 2007, 7 days before her 93rd birthday. She died peacefully at her home where she lived for the past 60 years. She was a lifelong Christian and is a member of the Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church. She was a person who loved the outdoors and enjoyed tending her small farm, her garden and especially her special flower plantings every year. She lovingly cared for her lawn and garden and enjoyed the Christmas season when she decorated her home, which drew many compliments from neighbors and all who passed by. She was fond of her collection angels, inside decorations and antique collections. She is preceded in death by her parents Leona and Clarence Lunsford, Husband, Harve Cagle, infant daughter, Thelma Louise, brothers Sanford, Coolidge (Chuck), and Acle and sister Evelyn Kennemore. She is survived by sisters and brothers in law Vinita Anderson Dial (Ralph Dial) Knoxville, TN and Dorothy Carroll (Col. George Carroll) Seymour, TN, brother and sister in law J.C. Lunsford (Pat Lunsford) Baneberry, TN. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and very special friend, Ross Toothman of Knoxville. Funeral Services will be conducted at the McCarty Evergreen Mortuary, Asheville Highway on Monday November 5, 2007. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 PM with the service to follow at 7 PM. Graveside services will be Tuesday November 6, 2007, at 11 o'clock in Asbury Cemetery. The service will be conducted by the Rev. David Collins, Associate Pastor Senior Adults at Chilhowee Hills Baptist Church and Missionary Blaine Anderson.
