JUANITA ELLIS - age 93, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday January 23, 2001 at the Hillcrest North Nursing Home. She was a charter member of the Ridgedale Baptist church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walker H. Webb ; 2 sisters, Ora Turpin and Jessie Reed; 3 brothers, Orville Ellis, George Ellis, and James Ellis. Mrs. Webb is survived by 1 son, Ted Webb and wife, Della of Knoxville; 2 daughters, Norma Byrd and husband, Wayne of Knoxville and Joyce Massengill and husband, Fred of Helena, Ala.; 1 sister, Belle Ellis Traun of Knoxville; 7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. til 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Weaver Funeral Home. Graveside services will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Thursday at the Highland West Cemetery with the Rev. Mark McGill officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Weaver Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mrs. Juanita Ellis Webb.
