Lona was born in Louisville, TN. She moved to Florida in 1960. She was a Baptist and a legal secretary. She was a devoted wife and loving mother of three. She is survived by her husband, Donald W. Dean of Apopka, FL; two daughters, Pamela J. McKinley of Apopka, FL, and Theresa D. Mosley of Bay Minette, AL; two sisters, Dorothy Freeman and Jurline Fagg both of TN; one brother, Leonard Capps of TN; and three grandchildren. She was predeceased by her mother and father, Eliza Hembree and Roy Capps, of Louisville, TN; sister, Katherine J. Ninaltowski, of NJ; and beloved son, Douglas E. Dean, of Apopka, FL.
