He is survived by the mother of his children, Betty Pruitt-Bullard, and his children; Erick E. Bullard, Jonathan Daniel Bullard, Ian Issac Joseph Bullard, Misty Dawn Bullard, Molly Rebecca Bullard; sister Judy Mays and brother Jim Pierce. He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy James Bullard; mother, Lena Rebecca Bullard; father Issac Roe Harold Bullard; sisters Mary Wheeler, Brenda Sue Bullard, Juanita Ely, and brother Glen Bullard. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 5, at the Bullard home, 3340 Whaley Road, Sevierville.
