NOLA MAE LOVEDAY DUFF, age 101, of Dandridge, TN went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 28, 2011. She was born on October 26, 1909 in Sevier County, TN, the daughter of the late Samuel and Marjorie Terry Loveday and has resided in Dandridge for over 30 years. She was the oldest member of the Mountain View Baptist Church of Jefferson City and recently enjoyed attending the Homecoming Service on June 1, 2011. Nola enjoyed cooking for family and friends and also enjoyed gardening and caring for all her animals over the years. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Vaught Duff and eight brothers and one sister. Survived by sons, Earl G. Duff of Long Beach, CA, Robert "Bob" C. Duff and wife, Joyce W, and Hugh S. Duff, both of Dandridge; daughter, Margie A. Clevenger and son-in-law, Mike C. Clevenger of Dandridge; grandchildren, Stephanie Penrose, Sonia Duff, Susan Rohe, Michael Duff, Joel Jones, Mark Jones, Kenny Duff, Jeannie Teplansky, Tim Duff, Kathy Duff, Jamie Duff; and many great and great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial gifts be made to the Jefferson County Humane Society, PO Box 653, Jefferson City, TN 37760, or Mountain View Baptist Church Youth Fund, 1130 Mountain View Church Road, Jefferson City, Tn 37760, or Gideon's International. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 2, 2011 at Mountain View Baptist Church with Rev. Randy Epps and Rev. Robby Drinnon officiating. Interment will follow at Hillcrest Cemetery in Dandridge. The family will receive friends Friday evening, July 1, 2011 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Farrar Funeral Home in Dandridge, TN (865) 397-2711
