ATCHLEY, ALMA LECTIA - age 85, of Maryville, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, December 19, 2001. She was a faithful member of Wildwood Baptist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Mayford R. Atchley; father, Boyd Myers; mother, Mary Myers, and sister, Ruth Murrell. Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Dwight and Phyllis Atchley of Townsend, and Rev. Wayne and Faye Atchley of Maryville; grandchildren, Robin Stapleton, Sherri Spencer, Tammi Boone, Debbie Wilbourne, Pat Webb, and Ricky Atchley; great-grandchildren, Breven and Ross Spencer, Travis Webb, Tamara Bell, Kari Luneke, Emily Stapleton, and Mickey Atchley; great-great grandson, Luke Huskey and many special friends. Funeral service will be 8 p.m. Thursday, December 20, 2001, in the Trinity Chapel of Smith Mortuary with Rev. Chuck Young and Rev. Dean Jennings officiating. Interment will be 11 a.m. Friday, December 21, 2001, at Cummings Chapel Cemetery in Sevierville.
