He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, William R. and Elaine Reagan of Friendsville; sister, Phyllis Allen of Pittsburgh, PA; three nieces; two nephews; four grea-nieces, and three great-nephews; and several aunts and numerous friends. The family will have a private time from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, April 3, 2004 at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville. A memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. with Rev.
