The parents of Timothy Ragan/Reagan in Sevier County, Tennessee have not been indentified yet, but are strongly believed to be Timothy Ragan Jr. and ?______? Nelson who married in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I am currently working on this because it is my direct lineage.
