Lester Monroe Holloway, age 48 of Newport passed away Saturday, October 15, 2011. He was preceded in death by his father Monroe Holloway and brother Donnie Holloway. He is survived by his wife, Lora Holloway of Newport; son Brandon Holloway of Newport; mother Louise Holloway of Newport; brothers Johnny Holloway, Larry Holloway and Ronnie Holloway all of Newport; sisters Margie and Mike Barnes of Newport; Joanne Baker of Sevierville and Linda and Jerry Reed of Newport; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Friday, October 21, 2011 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Larry Wells officiating. Burial will follow in Phillips (Open Door) Cemetery The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Manes Funeral Home. Manes Funeral Home is in charge.
