GADDIS , R. GLENN - age 66, of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday, February 27, 2002, at his home. Member of Cumberland Baptist Church. He was a U. S. Navy Veteran. Survived by wife, Mary Gaddis ; son, Shag Gaddis of Knoxville; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Tommy Bomar of Knoxville; grandsons, Josh and Chad Bomar of Knoxville; brothers, John and David; sisters, Wilma, Christine, Mildred, and Rosemary, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8 p.m. Friday at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel with Rev. Jeff Lane officiating. Interment Saturday, 11:00 a.m. at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Pallbearers are David Ownby, John Allen, Mike Gaddis , Asa Linebarger, Paul Gossett and Tom Mitchell. Military honors by East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund of Cumberland Baptist Church, 5600 Western Ave., Knoxville TN 37921. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday, Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Dr.
