OSBORNE , CLARENCE LEE, age 64 of Knoxville born March 7, 1945 passed away July 23, 2009 at his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served in Vietnam with 18 years of service to his country. He was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his father, Presley Osborne ; brothers, Bill, Yancy and Presley Wesley Osborne ; sisters, Barbara Dykes and Bonnie Lennon. He loved his family dearly and will be missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Joe Ann Osborne ; sons and daughters in law, Jeffery and Ninia Osborne , Kevin and Stephanie Osborne , John and Fondia Perkins, Jason and Crissy Perkins; daughters a n d s o n i n l aw, C y n t h i a and Juan Ramirez, Melissa Berry and Jennifer Perkins; grandchildren, Holly Parker, Tabitha Franklin, Luke Hall Christine and Dennis Nickence, April Hall, Daniel, Matthew, Constance, Chelsey, and Taylor Perkins; great grandchildren, Alyssa Berry, Adreamia Parker, Thalia Franklin, Staryon Moore, Tiara and D'jiransay McBeth, Lacy, Lil Dennis, Talan and Isaac Nickence and Hannah Harbin. Mother Ruby Osborne ; brothers, Junior, Johnny and Homer Osborne ; sisters, Wanda Jones, Sissy Hall and Loretta Templeton; in laws, Cur tis and Janet Manuel, Dora and Robert Shoemaker, Wanda West, Gloria and Jerry Shepard; family friends, Tony Franklin and Denny Ray Hutchinson. Funeral service 12:00 P.M. Monday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Billy Manuel officiating. Interment will follow at Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery with full military honors presented by the Volunteer State Veterans Honor Guard. The family will receive friends 6:00, 8:00 P.M.
