MAPLES, ARTHUR FRANKLIN - age 77 of Lake City, TN passed away Tuesday May 25, 2010 at UT Medical Center in Knoxville, TN. He was a man who loved life and lived it to the fullest. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur & Myrtle Maples; sister, Jewel Taylor. He leaves behind: daughter: Katherine Parten and husband Randy of Clinton, TN; son: Ronnie Maples & wife Beverly of Lake City, TN; sisters: O'Greeta Luallen & husband Arva Lee of Clinton, TN, Juanita Thiem of Chattanooga, TN; brothers: Robert Maples & wife Sue of IN, Mack Maples & wife Linda of Lake City, TN; grandchildren: Kelly Maples, Ryan Parten & wife Amanda, and Nick Parten; special friends: George & Martha Johnston of Mississippi. Many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. He will always be remembered by the love of his life, Cora Maples. Frank's family will receive his friends on Friday May 28th from 6 - 8 PM with his funeral service following at 8 PM in the chapel of Jones Mortuary with Rev. Berry Ariaz officiating. His interment will be Saturday May 29th at 11:00 AM at Anderson Memorial Gardens in Clinton, TN. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, TN is in charge of all arrangements.
