Mr. Stuart was preceded in death by his mother, Ella Mae Stuart; infant daughter; and brother, Jerry Stuart. He is survived by his daughter, Avangalene Dalton of Newport and son, Tyler Ball; five grandchildren; father, Orville Lee Stuart of Newport; sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Steve Haynes and Margaret and Ronnie Lewis all of Newport; sister, Kathleen Stuart of New Jersey; brothers and sisters-in-law, Alfred and Louise Stuart and Keith and Diane Stuart all of Cosby and Ernest Lee and Inez Stuart of Newport; several nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Monday afternoon, June 5, 2006 at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home prior to cremation. Arrangements by Costner-Maloy.
