Amos C. Fox, age 87 of Sevierville, passed away Saturday, February 25, 2006, at Sevier County Health Care Center. Amos was a lifelong farmer in the Fox community and a member of the Fox Methodist Church. He retired from Bush Brothers after 59 loyal years as a truck driver.
He was preceded in death by his wife Bedia Holt Fox, daughter Geraldine Fox McCarter, parents Walter Branson and Rachel Anna Melissa Jane Nichols Fox, sisters Gladys Fox, Venice Mileo, Aileen Fox, and Etta Mae Keeler, and brothers Von and Cecil Fox.
Survivors include his:

Sons and daughters-in-law: Jack and Edith (Toni) Fox of Universal City, TX, Wayne and Patti Fox of Knoxville
Son-in-law: Marvin McCarter of Gatlinburg

A Celebration of Life Service will be 1:30 PM Tuesday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Mariel Myers officiating. Graveside service and interment will follow in Fox Cemetery.
