Randall B. Foster, age 47, of Gatlinburg, went to be with the Lord 3:48 PM Wednesday, November 20, 2002 at U.T. Hospital after a lengthy battle with diabetes.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Gatlinburg and attended Cartertown Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents B.G. and Clellie Foster, maternal grandparents Harrison and Kate King; loving aunt Doris King Ogle.

The family would like to thank the Gatlinburg Fire Department and EMT Staff for their many years of care and concern.
The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday at First Baptist Church, Gatlinburg. Arrangements by Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
Family and friends will meet 1 PM Saturday at Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens for graveside service and interment with Rev. Larry Burcham and Rev. Mitch Ayers officiating. Pallbearers will be Johnny McDaniel, Mike May, Gary Waldroup, Bert Foster, Dennis Maples, David Ogle, Nick Dukas, Terry Maney, Harry Montgomery, Robert Maples, Tom Dunn, Dwight Maples.
