MILLER, ROY C. - 94, of West Knoxville, passed away Monday evening, September 26, 2011. Roy was a member of Unity Baptist church and member of Carpenter's Local #50. He was veteran of Army WW II, Occupations Forces Japan. Preceded in death by son, Danny Miller; parents, George and Dora Miller. Survivors: wife of 74 years, Elizabeth Coley Miller; sons and daughters-in-law, Virgil and Marjorie Miller, Kenneth and Connie Miller, Robert Alvin and Annette Miller; daughters and sons-in-law, Carolyn and Charles Whited, Janna and Ronnie Shook, all of Knoxville; daughter-in-law, Pricilla Miller, Gatlinburg; 15 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Visitation 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. Thursday, prior to Funeral Services at 7:00 p.m., Ball Camp Baptist Church. Rev. Don Hubbard officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11:00 a.m. Friday, Sherwood Memorial Gardens for graveside services with Military Honors by Tennessee Army National Guard.
