| 1. |  Elizabeth Lawson McMahan was born 1 Apr 1921; died 17 Jul 2016; was buried 21 Jul 2016, Middle Creek Methodist Church Cemetery, Sevier County, Tennessee. Notes:
Born on what is now Ernest McMahan Road. Elizabeth graduated from Sevier County
High School in 1938, and the University of Tennessee with a BS in Home
Economics in 1942. She went on to graduate from the Philadelphia School of
Occupational Therapy (University of Pennsylvania) in 1944. For 43 years she
worked as a registered occupational therapist for several private hospitals,
the Dpartment of the Army, and the Veterans Administration. Upon retiring in
1988, she returned home to Sevier County, Tennessee where in 1994 she was
active in many organizations.
