Buried in White Oak Flats Cemetery but recently has been removed to Smoky Mountain Memory Gardens.

Charlie continued operating the grocery store started by his grandfather and passed it on to his son, Charles Earl Ogle Sr. and his grandson, Charles Earl Ogle Jr. Charlie was a well-known and respected person, just 'Uncle Charlie' to everyone in the community.
